Savoury cookie with spicy hae bee hiam makes this stands out from the usual CNY cookies. We don't use the bottled-ready-bought hae bee hiam, instead it's freshly prepared specially for the cookies! Tedious to make, but worth the effort!

Almond Butter Cookies

Happy 1st Birthday Veron

Veron's mummy wanted a Piyo Piyo cake for Veron's 1st birthday celebration. Since there're no cake toppers available, we had to mould Piyo Piyo (which was pretty easy), and friends (quite a challenge as there wasn't too many pictures of the friends available on the web). We were glad the cake turned out well, and Veron's mummy was happy with the cake! =)

Savoury cookie with spicy hae bee hiam makes this stands out from the usual CNY cookies, and orders have been pouring in after we sent out samples for tasting. The hae bee hiam used is not the bottled type, it's freshly prepared in batches specially for our cookies, which makes this cookie the most tedious to make, but it's all worth the effort! =D

We had been very busy with the change in our new business name, setting up this new blog (a big thank you to my friend Meng for helping to create the blog banner!), and also coping with an unexpected overwhelming orders for the CNY cookies... thanks everyone for your support!
