Almond Butter Cookies
Melt-in-your-mouth buttery cookie loaded with toasted almond bits to give that added crunch.

The hae bee hiam used is not the bottled type, it's freshly prepared in batches specially for our cookies, which makes this cookie the most tedious to make, but it's all worth the effort! =D

First of all, we would like to wish everyone a Prosperous 虎年! 恭喜发财! 新年快乐! =D

We had been very busy with the change in our new business name, setting up this new blog (a big thank you to my friend Meng for helping to create the blog banner!), and also coping with an unexpected overwhelming orders for the CNY cookies... thanks everyone for your support!
